Terms and Conditions


Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, you can enter your credit or debit card details after going to the checkout on the PayPal website you will need to choose the option that allows you to pay by credit card.

Payment must be made in full before shipping unless otherwise arranged with us.


We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. UK orders are sent via 1st class recorded delivery at a flat rate of £2.50. Should you require special delivery prices please contact us using the contact form.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail, Airmail please contact us before buying for postage costs as these are charged by weight. If you are an international buyer and would like to track your package it can send it via Airsure for an additional fee. Please contact us before buying.
Similarly if you want insurance or next-day delivery, please let us know so that we can send you an updated shipping price.

UK shipping usually takes 2-5 days
International shipping - up to 21 days (but usually 7-10 days).
(Shipping fees are non-refundable)

Please note all international customers will be liable for any customs/duty or charges which apply to their specific country.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we offer a 14 day returns policy. Please contact us via the contact form to advise that you are returning an item and we will then provide you with instructions for returns.

We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded.

It is advisable to send items by registered mail and keep your proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible and return the item to me within 7 days for a full refund (excluding reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.


By placing an order online, you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms that the contract is formed.


All items come gift wrapped free of charge and should you wish for them to be sent to an address other than the billing address please let us know at checkout.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
